Thanks for the link....definitely an impressive company and obviously more than capable of providing Ford with what it needs to get the job done.  I'm certainly not going to argue hydraulics / battery systems with an engineer.  I simply believe that there is more than one way to skin a cat.  Eaton Corp. has been around since 1911, so Ford obviously knows what it can do for them.  With that in mind, why would a) Ford enter into a development agreement with a small-time Canadian firm to hybridize their E-series trucks and b) Azure then move their HQ to Oakland, Michigan.  To me, that says that their technology shows promise and that an implicit commitment has been made.  It certainly gives AZD more promise than its SP reflects.

As I said before, for those of us who've been in for a while, it's a moot point...the equity is already gone so there's no point in bailing now.  And even if I did need the money, I wouldn't be cashing out yet....Azure's not done by a long shot (IMHO).
