RE: Incompetence

RE: Incompetence (1)A discount broker should offer timely service but not all the support of a full service broker. To accept less is wrong. (2) The last time I went to a full service auto dealer I did not pay list price. Matter of fact I paid 32 % less than list for a new vehicle. I would not accept any prep shipping or other charges. It is amazing how much you can save when armed with the facts. (3) A number of years ago I complained (you would stoop to call it whining) about CIBC taking as much as 21 days to transfer funds from my investment account to my bank account. I got lots of excuses then a written apology. Guess what they now can do it the same day that the deal closes. Now that is service. (4) want a laugh try the new voice acctivated service that was up an running this morning. Four miss quotes for QBX. Regards Bruce
