Looks like you and I are the norm when it comes to service.Me I,m working my way up.... maybe someone will even offer us a solution to our concerns.ROTFLOL You have got to try their new voice activated service. I asked for QBX and got a quote for UBS, tried again and got BX, tried again and got RBS I,m not sure who thought up this latest investment in tech but it doesn,t work too well as of this morning. Hopefully I got in the system by accident and it was only a test site. optomisticaly BAM
