Next Milestones for Osisko

Next Milestones for Osisko

Below is an excerpt from a previous news release relating to South Barnat back in November.

"Phase 15 is underway with infill drilling on remaining sectionsspaced 25 metres apart. Approximately 45,000 metres of this phase havebeen drilled to date, from a total drill program estimated at 120,000metres and expected to be completed by the end of January 2009.

Wireframe modeling of the deposit and of underground voids willbegin next week with the objective of releasing an inferred resourceestimate by the end of January 2009. With the completion andintegration of the Phase 15 drilling, the Company plans on completing ameasured and indicated resource estimate by Q2 2009."

Looks like the Phase 15 infill drilling will now be completed mid February based on the last news result.  Still expect an inferred resource estimate for South Barnat out by end of this month.

Once the inferred amount is out for South Barnat then I think you will also get a financing decision made in fairly short order.  Will be very interesting to see which route management will adopt for the financing. (joint venture maybe).  Regardless whatever route is chosen it will be the one that maximizes shareholder value.  Less than 2 years away from production.  Exciting!!!!!
