Credibility of Horizon

Credibility of HorizonIn July 2008 Hou was $240 and today it is $8. Light crude has dropped  from $145 to $45 in the same period.

Hou dropped by a factor of 30

Crude by a factor of 3.

Could someone, on behalf of Horizon, provide an explanation please?
