RE: WIN is dead Money

RE: WIN is dead MoneyIt's all a matter of perspective. The stock has gone down and the stock has gone up. You would have made or lost money depending when you bought or sold and wether you shorted or trade long term.

I'm not a chart techy but it looks to me that there has been a substantial increase in SP in the last few months. The lows are becoming higher lows. The direction is up. Shorts have been covering and I see more positive than negative. The tech community believes Wi-LAN will WIN in court.  That is why licensing is ramping up. When you get major players like Cisco, Nokia, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Rim, Samsung, and 100 or so others signing up for licenses what does that tell you. Do they like to throw money away ?

No.... it's not dead money.
