The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

My hope as that it becomes increasingly difficult for people to buy physical gold and silver all over the world, money will be forced to flow into the gold and silver producers.  That has just barely begun.  Who want to keep paying a 50% premium to buy silver Eagles or Maple Leafs?

Even 1000 oz. blocks of silver are now trading for a small premium.  And it is still only a tiny % of the world population buying precious metals.  I only know one other person who is buying gold or gold stocks of all the people I know in the world!  Just wait until buying gold becomes widespread.  Like, let's say, tech stocks in the 90's.  I can't wait.
