FRAUD or INSIDER TRADING?

Sounds like either you or your friend (YEMEN - Yemen borders Saudi Arabia, Mr. Arab) is guilty of one or the other. Can you really expect to be believed? WHy would your friend know this major change to IWN that is not in the public domain? Doesn't it seem to you to be somewhat illegal? Are you and Yemen engaged?
