IRR is the dominant factor that makes project a go or no go. And MSQ has lots of it. Majors (i.e. companies with cash or access to it) are not looking for small projects they are after the big ones like Cumo. (Economics of scale)

I don't care what other retail investors think. You are probably right that 90% of people are terrified metal prices don't "hold". Exactly the opposite mentality as year ago when everyone was bullish with unsustainable high prices. Now we are below marginal production in many metals and certainly new projects are on hold. Prices are sure to soar medium / long term.

btw. I agree their site is goofy, but it doesn't make the project less attractive. And yes they have been burning cash as they decided to develop the property. But they could, just by decision, cease all the work and let the drilling company go. After that burn rate would be negligible.

Since you seem to have done your "dd". I Hope your nat gas play doesn't bk while we sit on Cumo. If you fail to see any value in long term projects, why are you still here?
