I would preferSeverstal keep doing what they are doing.  Resolve production issues at current mines and expand resource estimates.  As these things happen and gold price moves up any buyout offer has to go up.  If a share offer is coming that potential price will also increase.  I'm interested to see if they have got cost under control at the mines.

Maybe the plan is to ride out the low cash situation untll cash flow turns around.
