RE: RE: Takeover CandidateDave: A lot of juniors are not takeout candidates because they have too much debt and  lousy balance sheets. Rawson points out a number of candidates include TBE because they fit the criteria for outfits wanting to grow their production base through acquisition and not through the bit. If you look at the recent activity in TBE its an obvious takeout not if but when. If Colborne and Saunders are buying then we should too. Right? The acreage is OK at 153k acres undeveloped,  tax losses at $200 million are enticing but I'm not sure a suitor gets the benefit once a sale is completed. Will TBE merge with say an OEX or a Berens? ITX and CMT might have too much debt. But look at Storm Cat as a viable takeout also.
