Goodwill is, frankly kind of a BS asset anyway, so its not worth losing sleep over. Kind of reminds of another diamond company's recent results. When Shore Gold release their latest financial statement, those who don't read the details (a good chuck of stockhouse readers, judging by some of the morons on the Shore page here) it would appear to be terrible news. But all Shore did was acknowledge that the resources on the FALC JV property hasn't been verified by an independant party. The diamonds in the ground before the earnings came out are still they, they just don't include them on their statement. Harry Winston is in the same situation with their goodwill. Having said that, I really hope I'm wrong and the stock drops back down to 2 buck and change so I can load up on even more.
