Unfortunately CS will be taking someone overinstead of being bought.
I suspect they are working on the kind of share consolidation they did with SWC with TKO. It is the perfect fit for the kind of empire building they are into. (Instead of working on maximising shareholder value that is) TKO's market cap is similar in size, to the new CS. They are producing 80 millionn lbs at $1.15 lb CC, but that willl be bumped up to 115 annually with the upcoming expansion of mill etc. Their reserves are long life, and they have this prosperitey gold/copper project they are looking at getting enviormental approval for in the next coupld of months that will require 800 mill in cap ex which can be partially funded by the cashflow from 200 million lbs a year of copper.
Both their existing mine and properity are located in BC. I'd be greatly surprised if this isn't what they are working on when they talk of future aquistions.
