Share price STINKSRampant hyperspeculation caused it.  Everybody, even the CEO was feeding at the trough.  Remember, the CEO sells at $7 and buys at $1.02.  He is very happy. 

He was more than happy for you to believe Suing D-Link was the big ticket - it helped him sell his shares.
