The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

RE: I've Read The Previous Posts/Pro & ConBottom line is that SLW needs SST more than SST needs SLW. Darren Pylot thinks SST needs SLW more so he could liquify Capstones's SST shares .Then  they can dump their SLW shares whenever they want for the benefit of Capstone.  Voting NO is the way to go. Only two outcomes will happen if the no vote carries & both are in the best interest of SST shareholders. 1- The no vote wins. SLW since it needs SST more than SST needs SLW, SLW will offer a much more equitable offer. 2-No vote wins & the merger doesn't happen. Then SST can stand on it own terrific fundamentals & shareholders will reap the rewards of owning SST in a rising gold & silver price environment. VOTE NO
