Primary Symbol: SPTS

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

RE: Okay...Those are very lame reasons for Pylot to agree to such a low ball bid for SST. SST can & will function fine on it's own  SST has terrific, safe silver streams for years to come,  aljustral when it restarts at NO COST to SST, the Aquiline silver property when it get's production, & the exploration companies that it can hold on to or sell.  SLW needs SST more than SST needs SLW. The ONLY  reason Pylot want this to happen is to liquify Capstone's SST shares for Capstone's benefit NOT SST. VOTE NO & SLW will come back with a much more eqitable offer. If not,  SST will do terrific on it's own.
