RE: Mea Culpa ----- apology to Tree Bark
Oh Binkie....you couldn't last 2 hours without posting after you said you were going to stop posting....Guys like you need to constantly remind yourself that you have something important to say. You'll go a few days off the board trying to prove a point but you'll crow sooner than any of us would like.
Now let's look at what you said.....this is going to be a 10 bagger by September. So that equates to s/p of $1.60. Now I am no genius like yourself but the large majority of institutional investors want to se a s/p greater than a $1 before they get involved. Explain to me why a company would reverse split with s/p greater than $1?? You can't because it rarely happens. JDSU did it a few years back and ask those shareholders how that worked out?? And by the way they had a BILLION dollars in the bank when they didt their reverse split. Sugar cote a reverse split any way you want just show me more than 2 examples of when a reverse split worked out for existing shareholders at the time of the split. Trust me Binkie will never take me up on this proposition. Oh and if you want to see 100s of examples of where a reverse split screwed the existing shareholders let me know and I will be happy to spend the time putting that list together for you.
If indeed things are rosy then how about we try and build the share price up over the next few years with no more dilution and or consolidation. If we are about to land $30-$40m we don't need consolidation we need to build a pipeline and create demand for our products. Manipulating share price is a band aid not a cure. I'll reiterate what I said before Management clearly doesn't beleive they are going to get a share price greater than $1 anytime soon because if they did they wouldn't have spent the time rationalizing a reverse split.
The woman everyone is referring to at the meeting no doubt rambled and should have been cut off at some point of her dialogue. However, she had strong opinions and took the opportunity to question management. Something tells me she wouldn't be on a bullboard telling evryone how much she loved the company and managment then do a 180 and express how express how untrustoworthy management is because they want to do another warrant incentive offer then fall in love wiht management all over again because someone responded to her questions in advance of the AGM.
I hate to make these personal but Binkie you are a nobody who has none of the experience you speak of because if you did you wouldn't be sitting on the sidelines of a penny stock praying that it hits so you can finally move out of the 1 bedroom condo in Scarborough.
Go back and read my other posts...i am not negative about the future of this company I have simply tempered my expectations and i guess because i believe a reverse split is bad for us I am ignorant.
