Rochester has the capacity to produce at 550tpd now and could increase to 750tpd with about $300,000 of capex. At 750tpd and current grades that would 90,000 ounces of gold equivalent per year. It would also depend on the gold silver ratio. At 750tpd the company would also achieve some economies of scale in cost which are sorely lacking now.
I am told that the company is making slow but steady gains. I believe that this is the reason for the stock rallying recently while gold has gone nowhere.
