Primary Symbol: SPTS

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

rmarc--I concur with others, hereYour unremitting slander of Darren is unwarranted.  I've met Darren, Mark Padgett, John Wright, and the late Chris Tomanik (God rest his soul).  I don't doubt Darren Pylot's sincerity and interest in doing the right thing, even though I may disagree with the timing of this sale.  Reasonable minds can disagree.  And he's in a lot better position to know what's fair, than we are.

Your behavior may well undermine those of us who simply seek a better deal, by making the "oppostion" look like rabid kooks.  If you persist, I think it'll be safe to assume that that is your REAL purpose.
