My guess is they are not going bankrupt, but will continue the slow slide down to the .30 cent level until there is some kind of positive announcement is made.

As a Bioniche stock holder (60,700 shares) the last announcement has made me a bit uneasy to say the least, are there any additional updates or information you can provide that would help to put my mind at ease.

Here is the response, I think it's the same response everone has received, although I don't remember her using the work quickly before. When I received this email, I responded back asking her what her definition of quickly was and to date I have not received a response.

We have been working diligently to improve our financial position and are making good progress in that regard.

 

Unfortunately, we suffered a setback when we were in very advanced negotiations with a partner for our bladder cancer technology and learned that the potential partner was changing its internal strategic direction. We need a partner that will support the development of Urocidin with a commitment to its successful commercialization. We have several potential partners actively pursuing the opportunity at this time and we are aiming to conclude a transaction quickly.

 

The Company has also been considering potential monetization of other corporate assets. There has been significant interest on the part of potential investors and some promising leads are being explored.

 

Internal cost cutting measures are also taking place. These measures will allow us to stretch our financial resources further to accomplish the above objectives.
