RE: RE: article re: minority shareholder positionThe institutional shareholder is in agreement with our theory that Severstal is holding down the price in order to get as many people/ investors to sell their shares. He is giving an example that some investors like RAB Capital (must be in financial trouble) would not be able to afford to pony up the cash if a non-dilutive private placement was offered for exisiting shareholders to participate in. Personally, I don't think Severstal has any plans to offer shareholders participation in a financing. As you saw from the Severstal rep - they claim to not have bought or sold any shares since August, which would go against this institutional shareholder's claim. Having said that, there would be nothing stopping a (not really) third party to buy up shares cheap and eventually sell a block to Severstal.
The most important part of this article is it gives light to the true value of HRG and it gives Severstal the message that minority are not selling cheap. Post this article in many places as you can.
