RE: United effort
RE: United effortWhen I was involved with the Noront proxy war, we had the shareholder's list given to us by management so that we could contact every share holder and discuss with them the importance of their votes. Most shareholders were surprised but delighted to talk about the company with a fellow retail shareholder who was volunteering his time for the cause. I was the lead guy on this fight but what made it work is we had a large, dedicated team that made phone call after phone call to tell everyone. Now, the problem is we are not going to get a shareholder's list from the company. There are legal means by which this can be achieved and if someone here has connections with a good lawyer, let's find out what needs to be done to get our hands on the list. The coordination of such an effort requires lots of time but if we manage to get the list, I would be willing to lead this charge. This would be much more effective than any add campaign we could ever run. Some folks even forget they have shares in a company and have no clue what is going on so no add in the world will get their attention...but a phone call will!!
I did buy another 100k today at .21...cannot believe people are selling this again under the bid price...free, guaranteed return on investment, no better deal out there IMO. If there are more idiots tomorrow offering shares at .21, I will be buying again.
Cheers,
