RE: Raising Moneythis is the thing lincoln8, when the term "general working capital" is used it means the raised money is for day to day expenses, wages, rents etc. it doesn't mean exploration unless they mention that the money raised is fr exploration and day to day expenses. so basically the shares number is being diluted by 30% just to pay for day to day expenses and wages which doesn't appeal to me. but that doesn't mean i don't like the potential of the stock, it means i'm out because the SP may drift down towards the placement price (0.05)  and even before it is approved by the exchange. so i'll wait till then. my move is purely technical and not fundemental.
