Its Rosales Project includes 3444 hectares of 100% held mineral claims. The Yanso gold project in eastern San Juan Province, Argentina.

Absolutely right.  It's not worth 32 cents under Grosso et al.  1.5mm shares traded.  I would not be surprised to see an activist launch a proxy fight to throw out the current mis-managers.
