RE: RE: VP Corp. Development

RE: RE: VP Corp. DevelopmentHall was involved with Alberta Clipper Energy that was recently sold to an energy trust. Furthermore he has an impressive resume as does the rest of the team that Saunders has assembled and that includes chairman Fitzpatrick who happens to sit of the board of Compton another possible takeover...albeit an intermediary with a back breaking debt load but palatable to a big player who can afford to wait for a NG price rally. Saunders has literally cleaned house since last year. He seems bent on returning TBE to its growth potential after it seemed that he too was also seduced for a short time by Cawston's "material changing" Montney snake oil. Going back to basics with solid board and management seems to be the right tonic. Now we need an improved natural gas price deck and a solid deal that does not overly leverage TBE. The 20% debt reduction by virtue of the BC land sale at nominal cost was a great move now they need to take advantage of the huge tax pools and pull off a win/win deal with a merger or acquisition that benefits both without excessive dilultion, debt or redundancies. I think thats where Hall comes in and his 300,000 options can easily triple with the right deal.
