Paradigm CapitalHere are a list of publications issued by Paradigm Capital dealing with HRG.
If some of you are a registered at PC's web site, you could look through these reports to see what they valued the company for in the past...
It is pretty evident that the sellers today are not the ones from SH and are weak hands that do not want to wait out the tendering of their shares... Severstal and their cronies are ready to buy up any and all shares from 21.5c to 22c ... Investors absolutely need to pull out their asks well above the offering price to see who will show their hands... Investors need to unite to counter this bunch and put to light the entire show... Maybe within the next few days when the weak hands will have forsaken their shares will this situation play out.
OSC will not do anything unless some challenge is put together by shareholders... like any government body, they will do nothing unless their _ss is on the line or light is shed on their lack of action after the fact. Cushy well paid jobs and will not stir the pot, they are the maintainers of the game. The sooner we challenge the process by organizing and showing the way to other shareholders of HRG (and other companies) that minority shareholders have power and do not need to bow down and accept bully tactics, the OSC will become in question and be ridiculed... and when they are threatened of being obsolete then will react ... it is about personnal sovereignty and integrity... we deserve every penny we get for our efforts. This has the potential to be a show stopper. Imagine if all minority shareholders would automatically elect a representative to each BOD of public companies! This could be arranged and institutionnalized as soon as it becomes obvious that a company has lost its way in favor a majority group. We need to organize and get a core group of competent people to lead the charge. I mentionned it before, the 0.18c share private placement offering is a disgrace and very telling at the business acumen of present management. Minority shareholders should have a say in this placement...HRG does not need this money and it is not to the benefit of any shareholders except Severstal. IMO of course...
