Coordinated actions: lawyer, kick start in Toronto

Thank you very much for all your initiatives to take actions  to protection HRG minority shareholders' interest.  The efforts of Ccharlwood, Production05, Drichard53, hfc101, Uncoverer, Glorieux, ThyFish and others are much appreciated.
Setting up a trustee account is great, as this will allow us to contributed financially.
Please work in coordination. It seems at least 2 of you are looking into identifying a lawyer, and at least two of you are seeking the shareholders' list. It will be great if you can select a leader and distributed individual tasks in a coordinated  manner.
Although shareholders like myself are not in the Toronto area and cannot directly participate in actions in person, we would like to extend our strong support in other ways (through web, phone etc.).
I am willing to contribute $1,000 toward your actions.
