I'll contribute at least $250 as well.  I now own 352,000 shares and will not sell for less than $2.50 based on conversations with some HRG people who actually want to see this scuttled.  We are having the wool pulled over our eyes.$0$0$0$0Basically, I think we need to prove that Paradigm's info should not have been accepted by the company as the independent Board members who approved the acceptance of it are not independent, which if you look at where they came from and they're history - should not be hard to prove.  Also, they would be rewarded if the offer past (which it will not)...so they are not independent.$0$0$0$0$0Forget wasting time on shareholders list.  Does not matter.   They will not get the votes, but you need to be concerned about they next strategy.  They can chose all sorts of things.  Do not forgot that some of the big boy funds can vote for this deal as they'll pick up business on the other side.  It is all rigged against us.  $0$0$0$0$0We simply need to prove that we independent shareholders have lost their minority shareholder rights as we're not being represented on the evaluation.  Simple as that.$0$0$0$0$0We can certainly prove that all kinds of business decisions could be made NOW to solve the cash position of the company - and that our Board is acting to harm shareholders value by choosing NOT to do them.  This will be difficult, but not impossible.  $0$0$0$0$0Keep it simple.  Block the Paradigm valuation acceptance.
