RE: RE: M&A optionsGrabbed that data from an old list. My thinking was TBE would try to grow with a merger of equals by taking out another Jr with similar production. Today's deal added another 8% to the production base plus close to 10% to the reserves at a nice price that was financed primarily with equity and not debt. Leaves $23 million left on the current credit facility, and not too drastic a hit to the shares out. NG markets are still in turmoil and should be that way for a while unless a wave of hot weather gets power plants cranking out extra juice with prolonged air conditioner usage. Still think Saunders, Hall and Co have got more deals on the horizon.
