Once againJust thought i'd re-iterate that it is not just Canarc experiencing delays getting their concessions renewed:
From
https://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/1893.htm
"The government set up its own mining company, ALUMSUR, and on April 22, 2009 signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Swiss Glencore International AG which will finance the development of ALUMSUR to take over the BHPBilliton operations after 2010. Delays in the process of issuing new mining concessions will lead to a gap in refining operations in 2010"
Give up on Canarc if you like... Good luck, and let me know if you find another company with the same potential as they have with Benzdorp; including the potential to move as fast into producing ounces with simple and low cost gravity separation.
Also don't forget, it was Canarc that decided to stop exploring until concessions have been renewed... Which makes perfect sense financially, but that doesn't mean they don't have the right to continue exploring it if they feel so inclined.
