Another placement?

Another placement?Six months ago this company had 15mm shares outstanding and no warrants with a strike price below $1.  Now it will have 33mm shares and 16mm warrants with a strike price under $0.40.

During this time the company's only significant achievement was to prove that Poncha is not a viable prospect.
