In this round of offer, keeping silent = not tendering your shares, so ok. But in the next round (Plan of Merger?), only those votes which are casted (either yes or no) will be counted and we need more than 50% of those. Disclaimer - I am no expert and I am just reiterating what I have heard from some other folks (Production05 etc).

In any case, we should call officially to the broker to say no (and unofficially send the signed pledge letter to chcharlwood) for this round as well - practice will make us perfect :-)   

Did RBC finally record your vote?
