Galiano Gold Inc T.GAU

Alternate Symbol(s):  GAU

Galiano Gold Inc. is a Canada-based company, which owns the Asanko Gold Mine, which is located in Ghana, West Africa. The Asanko Gold Mine is a multi-deposit complex, with four main open-pit mining areas: Abore, Miradani North, Nkran and Esaase, and multiple satellite deposits, situated on the Asankrangwa Gold Belt, and a 5.8 metric tons per annum carbon-in-leach processing plant. The Asanko Gold Mine holds the land package within the belt, with over 21,000 hectares of tenure on this prospective and under-explored portion of central Ghana. The Abore is located along the haulage road between Obotan and Esaase, over 15 kilometers north of the mill. Miradani North is designed to be mined in two phases to help advance the high-grade ore and manage relocation costs associated with the Tontokrom village to the south. The Asankrangwa gold belt is located within the Kumasi basin. Its subsidiaries are Galiano Gold South Africa (PTY) Ltd, Galiano International (Isle of Man) Limited and others.

RE: RE: Not Complicated

Yup, and some of the sell-out and buy-back sweet spot numbers are enought to make anybody cry - like the 10x on our share positions we could have finnessed from top to bottom!   I did get a jones on for IVN around Christmas, and truly down to scratching up credit bought as much as I could justify when nobody else would touch the ask... which has paid a few bills and helped bandage up the rickety old speculative portfolio the last few months.

Very hard to say whether the other shoe could drop on the economy in general - although the willingness of the US government to spend about 3x what they did to defend us all against Hitler, Mussolini and Tojo does create some confidence.  My guess is the focus is going to shift from private sector balance sheets to the US Federal/State balance sheets and the dollar will gap down some time in the next six months - gold will be the other side of the waterbed me hopes.

China is the real deal, but they can stumble badly too ... we live in intereting times.
