Nickel,

We should acknowledge that Drillbit has read and re-read the Darcel report many times and has surmised that there is close to a billion pounds of nickel to be mined.  As such we should nominate Drillbit to approach each and every major that he thinks might be interested in the two properties and then once these majors have given Drillbit their answer that at that point in time that Drillbit can relay to us what they said.  

Won't even mention that most if not all majors have sophisticated plotting programs that can plot ISM's drill results into a 3-D model which would mean that they would already have a pretty good idea as to the size of ore body .. once again conjecture on my part].

Doesn't that sound like a much better idea - this way we could get Drillbit to stop peddling his wares on the LBE site in the hopes that some major might mistake his promotion for fact [much like the Darcel report being mistaken for a NI 43-101 technical report lol].
