scratch thatThe Ask is NOT really slowly dwindling, it just keeps regenerating itself up to 900 thou or so... which is still a tiny amount of money.
But the price won't go anywhere until people think their shares are worth more than that. So back to just under a million shares and 16 orders on the 3.5 cent Ask...
