We aren't ripping on CIBC or Scotia because they are stating their firm's position....which everyone is entitled to.  We are ripping on this monkey because his firm has a vested interest in the outcome of the take over bid and should be up to date and knowledgable on his firm's position this close to the deadline!!!  It's his job.  I have to know all aspects of my job....don't you?  There is no excuse for this type of incompetence!!
