I don't know why CIBC would suggest that "Severstal could force HRG into bankruptcy" when the company is a profitable ongoing concern, actually solvent and able to meet its finanical obligations, IMO.

Regardless, the tender will fail in a very very big way and we'll see a big pop up in the share price to at least $0.50 or better (espcially after Q2 results are released)

They'll try to dilute us back down (to $0.30?) but we hold out for Q3 results... then another move up to $0.60... then more games....   and finally a respectable bid at $0.65?  OR a white knight steps up...takes out the severstal...and we stay in play.... then it's all blue skies from there folks...($1-$2-$3)

Texas (Russian) Hold'em card game is in play here.... I'm...waiting for the river card
