Price held down

Price held down
This is sheer speculation..., but could this price suppression be a strategy to keep the weekly SP average low to support TSE approval of a private placement. Aren't these usually done at a discount to the average weekly or three day SP + enhanced with share warrants.
I find it odd that the shares that are being thrown on the table are relatively small amounts (10-15k), they are consistent and I feel this is freaking out the small investor.
After a week or so we may see an announcement of a pp for millions of shares (with warrants attached) that may be picked up by insiders and friends who are more than willing to sacrifice a "reasonable" # of shares in order to get the TSE approval team on side.
Just speculation. I'm long and I will stay long as I'm almost positive this will fly high eventually.
