Critical Elements Lithium Corp is a Canada-based mining exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 246.55 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. The Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. The Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

RE: My 8-21-09 POSToooooh mama that's scary  LOL ...."the buy signal disappeared towards the end of the day on a weekly chart.  This is usually catastrophic for any stock. " you are right in two things....first that this will go down but not back to 0.07, only to 0.105 to fill the huge one million shares order at that level....now if you're smart, you keep on putting orders at 0.11 to get filled at that low level before the huge order. second thing that you are right in is that you are not the best stocker or at least timing wise....tooo late to be in MCI....i was in at 0.085 and 0.11  and was out at 0.25, if you jumped in and  bought when the spike  happened, you were a little too late, at least for the time being. My Recommendation: stop following technical indicators when trading penny stocks....the rule that apply to the big players don't apply to the the penny ones....the volatility in penny stocks is just tooo much for any technical system to understand or utilize. best of luck.
