With deep regret, the Board of Directors announces that Donald Morrison, a director and former President of the Company, passed away peacefully on June 10th, 2009, after a difficult battle with cancer. Don was the key figure in forging the Company's direction and growth over the last 14 years, steering it in good times and in bad, and always with the same persistence and steadfastness that never wavered.
