RE: Licensing vs BuyoutSure, schiff anything is possible, but why sell before you realize the full profit potential, makes no economical or logical sense, we arent even at the HUMAN trials stage yet. Looks like someone has stuck a rumor in all of your ears, heard that one last weds and thursday. It is exactly for that reason, the so called state of the market, that it makes even MORE sense that there will be no big premium for any takeover offer in my book, sure there are takeover offers, but why would a large multinational layout a big pile of cash, when there are only a few that can do it. Schiff, no large pharmaceutical needs to be hasty as capital is hard to find for most, and none of you even talked about the potential to find a governmental type of sponsor to decrease costs/risks on the human trials. Dont you want to get the full benefit of the drugs potential or are most that are posting here daytraders, looking for 35 cents and then they are gone... If management is interested in moving on, as some of you have said, which I dont believe by the way... Then Im sure it wouldn't be tough to find a buyer for a large position of their stock and let someone else move in. DONT THINK THAT IS HAPPENNING.. Be patient, let the next set of trials proceed, assuming we have a good success on the five dose set... Net asset value is likely going to appreciate quite quickly here as these next few milestones occur, (assuming success of course), so why the big rush to sell to another buyer. Doesnt make any sense, if we have what most think we do.... Patience is a virtue, and there is a reason for it.
