The next month...am I missing something?

The next month...am I missing something?"I just cant believe that there is nothing in the
pipe in regards to news before Oct. 30th !
I cant see the company just listing on theTSX
and going a whole month without an update
of some sort ! I think we may get a surprise when
we least expect it !  I would bet my daughter
Potash on it !"

I'm the same way. I just can't believe it. I wouldn't trust my own instincts. I thought it was a for sure thing that financing would be announced yesterday. I'm asking myself, "am I missing something?"

I'm wondering if all these delays, extensions, the drip, drip, drip of information are just buying time? Visa delays? 10 days of government paralysis in the PRC due to anniversary celebrations? Due diligence delays? Are these convenient excuses presenting a plausible story to obfuscate the real story?

Is SinoHydro & their financiers, just like the previous consortium of banks, still waiting on the ROC parliament/appropriate departments to ratify/regulate the PIA? Is the real story, the negotiations between Financiers and ROC parliamentarians? Are the financiers refusing to put down the cash until this is done? Are those members of parliament/natural resource ministry bureaucrats refusing to push this through until "they get paid"? Whoever blinks first, puts money at risk and loses bargaining leverage. If the project gets fully funded with $1.1 billion, that's a lot of money sitting there to tempt powerful people in the ROC to throw in some delays to ratification. Full ratification without any agreements to hire nephews, distribution of contracts, special donations to charities and community development, etc. lets MAG ignore these issues.

Was that MAG news release about the cabinet shuffle in the ROC flagging the real story? The real negotiations are nearing completion with ROC officials.
