RE: RE: RE: RE: company statusJust vote your shares. But before you do read the information circular. Please pay particular attention to the "share for debt" arrangement. If we all do that, then we can show management that they cannot just do what they want.  These yahoos have overpaid themselves. There is no accountability. The board is a joke.  If a company have no revenues, then they will sink.  If management can't generate revenues, then why do they deserve the salary they are being paid. Let's all get proactive.
