Riddle me this

Riddle me this
The extraction from financials was merely to illustrate the substantial control and power Severstal has.  Is there any true independance on management or at the BOD? I think not.

Older, I have never disagreed on the value of Prognoz.  At the time, with the situation at hand, I believed this was a better sacrificial lamb to keep this thing a float.  I don;t know what is worse.  Severstal stepping in or disposing of a world class asset.

I am not intimitley familiar with the exhange rules so maybe somone can confirm whether or not severstal can dispose of assets at will provided they have some "Fair" " yeah right" valuation.  Conflict.....severstal with their majority interests can always fall back on the position their decisions are serving the majority interest not the minority.

Is it not this situation that creates the substantialdiscount in HRG S/P?  You tell me?

Also, Can any confirm this rumor of dilution?  I've seen comments on the board but am not awareof anything.
