Everyone gets caught up in the noise of the moment, not the noise of the future promise.
Unless you need to sell for cash, there is no need to sell PGD at this juncture ....
In fact, those with conviction will buy more tomorrow and perhaps average down a bit more ...
I am not sure of Canada, but in the US many institutionals and mutual funds end their fiscal year on October 31, 2009, hence all the tax loss selling ....
By Monday, November will be here and we should see stronger markets through that month, December, possibly January
If we get a positive NR tomorrow, or Monday AM, the "pain" of the last few days will be forgotten
