if I recall ...after making many a phone call--so I post a lot of what I heard so it is not totally MO (my opinion)

the current CEO abandoned Ed and Rev, but came back running when Wolfgang showed up with the Polish assets

With so many turning their back on the CEO now, because of his arrogant behavior; isn't that the real issue here? if his is only a promoter (maddoff type) then the bottom has to fall out sometime, and many think the sometime is NOW and what answers before it is too late.

straight to the point, REV mgt continues to dilute the share holder value, with more and more cheap warrants and has never finished one thing. SO it is a matter of time and they too can have 100m plus shares out! They issue shares like Cutrisnotsofunny issues one-liners.

The current CEO has no interest in Red Mtn, only his deal which I assume is a loyalty to UNRG and a take over of them as the cronies die off. This wouldn't be the first time he raided a elderly mans fortune.

I agree with Huttani, why and what was the reason to pilfer the treasury? To me that is assets of share holder value gone. He also made that awful deal with the AES (??) Red Mtn neighbors years ago. Bet he is up to that same plan again.
