you tout the 93 cent upward only, but the graph does not lie. The question, with good common sense and business basics is HOW DO WE GET TO  93 cents  with the current leadership's performance?

CEO etc ...sign a performance contact .. why won't you endorse that? Transparency, not the SP, which I'm sure you'll spin toward " he can't control the SP "  .. we'll, he has already for a long time.. see the graph.
