sorry but I have to agree that RW has just not been incapable of delivering anything of value. He was the one to get us involved with the AES Red Mtn group that tied our hands for a couple years (is what I heard).

and the financials posted on UNRG speak that we are holding out for their new double meat cheeseburger, when it shows that they can barely sell their regular hamburger with little demand, and can't make a profit on it.

Good riddance to incompetence, poor legal work, and Curtis .. but at 8 cents this is absurd. 

I still would like to see the loan money collateral that was talked about.
