1) Sharprice has risen a tremndous amount in the last year. Some significant consolidation is natural and should be considered welcome.

2) Again, at the risk of spamming I think one should llok at TZT. Last qtr revenues were just over $3mm..adding many recent purchase oders, their latest order backlog = $16.2mm. Sure, stock has rallied a lot from its lows, but seriously doesn't it look cheap?
