Sheppard facilities?

Sheppard facilities?Any speculation or knowledge regarding the Sheppard facilities? Sell the property or shift production here?

I'm guessing the real estate & Canadian dollar provides a strong incentive to move the production & machinery stateside and cash in on the unrealized value of the property.
